What to do when alone and having heart attack

Due to the changes in our life styles, heart attack could be found among people in all age groups. It usually happens when you are alone.

After a long hard day in the office, you are about going home and driving by yourself alone. With the traffic that is so pack it even makes you're really exhausted and frustrated. You feel stressed and upset...

Suddenly you start experiencing severe pain in your chest that starts to radiate out into your arm and up into your jaw.
Unfortunately you don't know if you will be able to get to the nearest hospital.

How to survive a heart attack when you are alone????

Many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack, without help, the person whose heart is beating improperly and who begin to feel faint, has only about 10seconds left before losing conscious.

DO NOT PANIC....
1. start coughing repeatedly and very vigorously.
2. a deep breath taking should be taken before each cough.
3. the cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest.
4. a breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again.

Deep breath get oxygen into lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart keep the blood circulating.
All the squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can get to the nearest hospital.

Now, it is the time to change your life styles to be as HEALTHY as possible...
LOVE your heart before it's been attacked...
Eat healthy food and do exercise.... (the last one is the most difficult for me ^_^ )
